Safety Control Valves specializes in made-to-order ASME safety and relief valves configured to your exact specifications. Because each valve is manufactured after order placement, our return policy reflects the custom nature of these products.
Made-to-Order Products
All valves are manufactured to order in the USA by Aquatrol. Once production begins (typically within 2 business days of order confirmation), items cannot be returned for refund. We strongly recommend reviewing your valve configuration carefully — including series, size, connection type, set pressure, and service media — before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us at sales@safetycontrolvalves.com or call (262) 320-7101. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and process your refund promptly.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a valve that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order specifications due to our error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and any visible damage
- A description of the issue
We will either:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not suitable
Return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error are covered by Safety Control Valves.
Manufacturer Warranty
All valves are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Aquatrol, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. If you experience a warranty issue, contact Safety Control Valves and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

- If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
