Made-to-Order Products
All safety relief valves sold through SafetyControlValves.com are manufactured to order based on the specifications you select during checkout. Because each valve is custom-configured to your requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Your Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that the specifications you selected—including pressure settings, connection sizes, materials, and certifications—are correct for your application. Please review your configuration carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about the correct specifications, use our “Request Verification” option and our engineers will confirm your selection before you order.
Manufacturing Defects
If your valve arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@safetycontrolvalves.comwith your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Damage
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your valve is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@safetycontrolvalves.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement once the claim is resolved.
