We sell safety relief valves and related products as an authorized distributor. All products are manufactured to order based on specifications you select at checkout.
3. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment received.
4. Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout.

Payment is due in full at time of order. We accept major credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
6. Specification Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the specifications you select—including pressure settings, connection sizes, materials, and certifications—are appropriate for your intended application. By completing checkout, you confirm the specifications are correct. We provide a “Request Verification” option if you want our engineers to review your configuration before ordering.
7. No Returns or Cancellations
All sales are final. Because products are manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. See our Return & Refund Policy for details regarding manufacturing defects and shipping damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
SafetyControlValves.com provides products only. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the selection, installation, or use of products purchased from this Site, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death.
Safety relief valves are critical safety devices. It is your responsibility to ensure proper selection, installation, and maintenance by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, local regulations).
Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product in question.
