Made-to-Order Lead Time
All valves are manufactured to order in the USA. Standard production and shipping time is 12-14 business days from order placement.
Expedited Production
Need it sooner? Select our expedited production option at checkout for a $150 fee. Expedited orders ship in 3-5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Large or Heavy Orders
Orders exceeding 150 lbs or containing large flanged valves may require freight shipping. If your order requires freight, we will contact you to confirm carrier preference and any adjusted shipping costs before processing.
Tracking
You will receive email notifications when your order enters production and when it ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Damage
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your valve is damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours at sales@safetycontrolvalves.com with photos of the damage. We will file a carrier claim and arrange for a replacement once resolved. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Carrier & Service
Shipping is UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is quoted separately — contact us for a quote.
International Orders
Online checkout is available for United States addresses only. International customers — including Canada — can order through a custom quote. See our International Orders page.
